Custom Microarray Service
Bring the power and ease of Atlas™ gene expression profiling to the select set of genes of your choice. Simply choose from the BD Clontech's extensive gene collection, your own list of genes or a combination of the two to be printed on glass, plastic or nylon array and the Bioinformatics team will do the rest.
Simply provide two or more samples-either frozen cells or tissue and indicate which Atlas Array to probe. Let the experts at BD Clontech perform gene expression profiling experiment for you. You will receive phosphorimages of hybridized membranes and AtlasImage software analysis output, indicating differential gene expression.
Custom cDNA Subtraction service
Using BD Clontech's PCR-Select cDNA Subtraction service to enrich for differentially expressed genes. Simply supply your samples and you will receive differential expression data, subtracted libraries, single pass sequencing information with BLAST search results on differentially expressed clones, differentially expressed clones and virtual Northern data.

Create 8- or 12-lane Northern blots by selecting PolyA+ RNA from the list of Premium Poly A+ RNA from BD Clontech. The blot can be normalized or equal volume loaded.
Custom PowerBlot Western Array Screening Service
Utilizing a panel of hundreds of high quality monoclonal antibodies, from BD Pharmingen, targeted to a wide range of cellular signaling proteins, your control and experimental samples can be screened for changes in the levels of protein expression.
Using BD Pharmingen's Baculovirus expression system to generate large quantities of your recombinant protein. Whether your focus is Fermentation or Tissue Culture, we can Custom manufacture any combination of standard ingredients blended to meet your specifications, including specialized peptones, extracts, liquid concentrates and tissue culture. Your Custom Media can be manufactured in lot sizes up to thousands of kilos and then made available in a customized package configuration according to your requirements. If your formulation is Proprietary to your organization, we can work with you to develop the formulation under a signed Confidentiality Agreement.
If you have special Media Formulation or Container requirements, our individual Customs Project Leaders will work with you to develop your Custom Product.
